FAQs

Are there age restrictions for new patients?

We proudly serve all children under twenty one years of age. Typically new patients are not permitted over eighteen. Please contact our office for further details.

What healthcare insurance plans are accepted?

All services are self-pay. We accept debit cards, credit cards, check, or Venmo. HSA|FSA payments are also accepted. If you wish, it is encouraged that you submit a claim to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. If you don't have time to self submit a claim, use reimbursify.com for reimbursement. Prescriptions and send-out labs | diagnostic testing will be billed through your insurance carrier.

I received a bill with an outstanding balance. How do I pay it?

Please visit our secure payment portal powered by stripe to pay any outstanding balance(s). https://app.elationemr.com/pay/stk

Are immunizations required to receive healthcare?

We recommend and follow the CDC schedule for childhood immunizations. However, we reserve the right to treat all children and their healthcare needs regardless of immunization status.

What kind of commitment is involved?

There is NO commitment. You are the boss of your child’s care. We offer different services options that allow you to “pay as you go” if your child becomes sick, or monthly. If you are interested in a monthly membership, there is a 30-day cancellation policy.

Are walk-ins welcome?

We are not a walk-in clinic, or an urgent care clinic. Please give us a call during business hours and we will gladly schedule an appointment for your child(ren). We reserve space for same-day appointments.

How is this pediatrician office different from others?

We have adapted a concierge style service to offer children and their families an individualized level of care. There are no waiting times, reducing the exposure to unwanted germs. There is direct communication to the provider without answering service(s). The practice is a nurse practitioner led facility that offers after hours and house call services.

Is the provider board certified?

Yes. Our provider is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) and practices autonomously under the Florida Statute F.S. 464.0123. Please feel free to verify her credentials by visiting https://www.pncb.org.

What is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?

A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who specializes in caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, adolescents and young adults. PNPs focus on well-child care and the prevention or management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
