ABOUT
Welcome to a new modern world of healthcare and wellness! South Tampa Kids Pediatric Care (STKPC) is accepting new patients, newborn to eighteen years of age, on a limited basis. My primary goal is to provide pediatric patients and their families with hassle-free, exceptional family centered care. I offer sick visits and | or well child visits, by appointment only. My Direct Primary Care clinic offers in-office visits, house calls*, and tele-health visits* while eliminating communication barriers like answering services and eliminating the waiting room to prevent the spread of germs. I like to incorporate both Western Medicine and Integrative Medicine to meet the individual needs of families. My practice is the FIRST and ONLY Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner led practice in South Tampa. Please give the office a call to receive a complementary "meet & greet" at 813-801-KIDS (5437). To learn about myself, visit the link below. To know more about my services, happy scrolling. The best part about my career is meeting families and watching their "little one(s)" grow. Here at STKPC it's more than a 15 minute office visit, it is about welcoming families to the STKPC community with warmth, communication, and extended time for a more personalized family experience.

FAQs
Are there age restrictions for new patients?
I proudly serve all children under twenty one years of age. Typically new patients are not permitted over eighteen. Please contact my office for further details.
What healthcare insurance plans are accepted?
All services are self-pay. I accept debit cards, credit cards, or check. HSA|FSA payments are also accepted. If you wish, it is encouraged that you submit a claim to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. If you don't have time to self submit a claim, use www.reimbursify.com for reimbursement. Prescriptions and send-out labs | diagnostic testing will be billed through your insurance carrier.
I received a bill with an outstanding balance. How do I pay it?
Office visit payment is required 24|hrs prior to your appointment. If payment is not received, the office must reschedule your appointment. If a balance is outstanding on your account, please visit my secure payment portal powered by Stripe to pay any outstanding balance(s). https://app.elationemr.com/pay/stk
Are immunizations required to receive healthcare?
I reserve the right to treat all children and their healthcare needs regardless of their immunization status. I recommend and follow the CDC schedule for childhood immunizations. I also offer alternative schedules and vaccine protocols.
What kind of commitment is involved?
There is NO commitment. You are the boss of your child’s care. I offer different service options that allow you to “pay as you go” if your child becomes sick, or monthly. If you are interested in a monthly membership, there is a 30-day cancellation policy. A $50.00 no show fee will apply to no show appointments or failure to allow 24|hr notice for appointment rescheduling.
Are walk-ins welcome?
My practice is not a walk-in clinic, or an urgent care clinic. Please give the office a call during business hours and someone will schedule an appointment for your child(ren). I do reserve space for same-day appointments.
How is this pediatrician office different from others?
I have combined a Direct Primary Care model and Concierge service to meet the individualized needs of all children and their families an individualized, modern level of care. There are no waiting times, reducing the exposure to unwanted germs. There is direct communication to myself, the provider, without answering service(s). Time is not a barrier or factor to provide quality care. My practice is a nurse practitioner led facility that offers after hours, tele-health, and house call services. I offer, both, Western Medicine and Integrated (Holistic) Medicine treatment options.
Is the provider board certified in Pediatrics?
Yes. I am board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). I practice autonomously under the Florida Statute F.S. 464.0123. Please feel free to verify my credentials by visiting the Florida Department of Health License Verification System and https://www.pncb.org.
What is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?
A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who specializes in caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, adolescents and young adults. PNPs focus on well-child care and the prevention or management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
