ABOUT ME.

Toni Glatchak is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) for Primary Care since 2015. Toni Glatchak has held an active nursing license in the state of Florida for one decade. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida's Nurse Practitioner Program. Toni Glatchak has experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric setting(s). Her previous affiliations include Baycare Health System (2015-2020) and Hospital Cooperation of America (2015-2020). She is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). Her private practice is accepting new patients, from newborns to eighteen years of age, on a limited basis. She adapts both Western Medicine and Integrative Medicine apart of her practice. Please note this is a nurse practitioner led medical practice in compliance with Florida Statute, F.S. 464.0123.

 

Toni Glatchak is a local mother of South Tampa who plans to provide a personalized care model for children and their families within the area. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
